WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police have arrested a man they say shot into a crowd leaving a club. No one was hurt.

It happened about 1:40 a.m. Saturday at Club Lavish on North Union Street. Police say officers were monitoring a large crowd leaving the club when they heard gunshots from a nearby parking lot.

Authorities say witnesses provided descriptions of the alleged shooter and officers made an arrest. A discarded .32 caliber handgun was recovered.

Twenty-eight-year-old Dennis Williams of Newark has been charged with reckless endangering and other offenses.
