LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) - Police say a central Pennsylvania man whose home had been foreclosed locked himself inside, pulled out a gun and started a fire.

WGAL-TV (https://bit.ly/1fumcwb) said the man reportedly confronted the new homeowner Thursday afternoon in Lancaster.

Police said a dispute between the two was followed by the armed man locking himself inside the two-story brick home and starting a fire in the basement.



The man has been arrested and is now in custody. His name has not been released.
