BOSTON (AP) - A group of current and former professional athletes came to the Harvard Innovation Lab to test a new kind of wearable sensor that creators say can enhance their performance.
The sensors being created by the technology company MC10 can track muscle action to brain activity to heart rate, offering athletes better insight on how their training is working.
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, 15-year NFL veteran Matt Hasselbeck and two-time World Cup soccer player Kristine Lilly Heavey were among those in attendance. They are on the sports advisory board for the Cambridge company.
