DES MOINES, Wash. (AP) - A man in a dress was caught taking photos in the women’s restroom at the Des Moines Library.
Police say a victim knocked the phone out of his hand Thursday evening and chased him out of the restroom.
KOMO reports (https://bit.ly/1hqUJKT ) the man fled and shed his skirt, but officers tracked him down.
