JOHNS CREEK, Ga. (AP) - Police in an Atlanta suburb say they’ve determined that a young man whose body was found face-down in a creek accidentally drowned.

An autopsy by the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office showed no signs of trauma on the body of 18-year-old Cody J. Bohnet of Johns Creek. WSB-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1jFEdXA) that the autopsy found that he drowned.

Bohnet’s body was found by a couple walking their dog around 4:15 p.m. on Jan. 1, about a quarter mile from Taylor Road Middle School. Authorities said he was found face down in the creek trapped under a log.
