MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont police department says an 18-year-old St. Albans woman kicked a local officer in the face, breaking his nose.
St. Albans Police Department say officers responded late Sunday to a complaint of an “out-of-control, intoxicated female.”
Police say Peggy Brow is reported to have tried escaping the scene by crawling through a broken window and then kicking Sgt. Keith McMahon in the face, breaking his nose.
Brow was charged with disorderly conduct, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
It could not immediately be determined if Brow had an attorney.
