NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - A water main break in New Jersey’s largest city is causing traffic problems.

The pipe broke at the intersection of Bloomfield and Clifton avenues in Newark’s North Ward.

Several nearby streets are also closed while workers are making repairs.

Newark officials are advising residents their water is safe to drink and use.
