ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Anchorage police have released the name of a man whose body was found partially submerged in a creek.
KTUU (https://is.gd/YandG2) says the man has been identified as 39-year-old Thomas Evan.
Police spokeswoman Jennifer Castro says there was no immediate sign of foul play in the death.
A woman walking her dogs discovered the body lying in Chester Creek Saturday morning.
Police say Evan was not carrying any form of identification.
According to police, witnesses who frequent the area said the man was not there the previous day.
