CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) - Oregon State Police say a Corvallis SUV driver who was ejected and killed in a collision on Highway 20 was not wearing a seatbelt.

Police say the SUV was rear-ended Wednesday night and spun into a ditch. The 29-year-old driver was thrown out and died at the scene.

The other driver was not injured.
