VICKSBURG, Miss. (AP) - A 21-year-old Warren County man charged in the theft of scrap metal from grave sites will stand trial in September.

The Vicksburg Post reports (https://bit.ly/1gMX1pH ) that Christopher Avery Livingston entered a not guilty plea Tuesday to 10 counts of malicious mischief.

Circuit Judge M. James Chaney set trial for Sept. 15.

Prosecutors say Livingston is accused of robbing grave sites of ornamental metal vases at Green Lawn Gardens and causing damage in excess of $500 on each of the 10 counts.
