BRADFORD, Pa. (AP) - A northwestern Pennsylvania gynecologist has been charged with indecent assault because police say he grabbed an office employee’s rear end and made a sexually suggestive comment to the woman.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 50-year-old Dr. Abaz Sosic, of Bradford, who was reportedly out of town and scheduled to be arraigned when he returns Feb. 18.

The Bradford Era (https://bit.ly/1dsO8tF ) reports the incident allegedly occurred at his office Jan. 27.

Sosic is an independent physician, but has hospital privileges at Bradford Regional Medical Center. The doctor’s home, office and the hospital are all located in Bradford, about 130 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

Hospital officials say they’re cooperating with the investigation. Hospital officials say his privileges are still active, but that could change once he returns from out of town.
