URBANA, Ill. (AP) - University of Illinois police say they have arrested three men they suspect of possessing 21 pounds of marijuana found at a campus apartment complex.

Detective Sergeant Joe McCullough told The News-Gazette in Champaign (https://bit.ly/1fPv0Li ) that the three men were arrested Thursday evening.

The marijuana has a street value of about $80,000. Most of it was found in the closet of one apartment.

McCullough says that in addition to the marijuana, police found more than $4,000 in cash and a small amount of cocaine.

The three men were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. An official with the Champaign County Circuit Court said they had not yet been formally charged but were due in court Friday.
