CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) - Cedar Rapids police say they do not suspect a crime is involved in the death of a man whose body was found in a gazebo at a cemetery.

Police spokesman Greg Buelow said Friday that 64-year-old Stuart James Smith-Dromey had been reported missing Wednesday by his family.

Smith-Dromey was found Thursday morning in the gazebo at Oak Hill Cemetery by a snowplow driver, who notified police.

The exact cause of death is unclear. A medical examiner is conducting an autopsy, but toxicology test results may not be available for weeks.

Smith-Dromey lived in Cedar Rapids. He is listed as an insurance agent with an active license in a state database.
