WOODBURN, Ore. (AP) - Woodburn, Ore., police have identified a man fatally stabbed near a city intersection.
Police say 18-year-old Ricardo Hernandez of Woodburn was stabbed Thursday night.
The state medical examiner ruled the death a homicide from multiple stab wounds.
No arrests have been made.
Woodburn is south of Portland.
