LIMA, Ohio (AP) - A man sent to prison nearly 10 years ago for an alcohol-related crash that killed three people in northwest Ohio is going back after admitting to drinking and crashing into three cars.

A judge in Lima (LY’-muh) ordered Victor Anaya on Monday to serve about four years left on his original 10-year sentence.

Anaya was sent to prison in 2006 after a crash near Lima killed three passengers.

The Lima News (https://bit.ly/19q3DqF ) reports that he was released in 2011 but then charged in December with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and reckless operation.

Police say Anaya hit a car stopped at an intersection and then hit two parked cars.

Anaya’s attorney said in court that he’s sorry and asked that his client be sent where he can get help.
