NEW YORK (AP) - Federal safety regulators have cited a Best Buy store in Brooklyn for a blocked emergency exit.

Inspectors from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspected the store on Atlantic Avenue last month.

OSHA said Tuesday that the inspectors found an exit blocked by a printer, stacks of boxes and other items.

The Richfield, Minn.-based retailer has 15 business days to comply with regulations or contest the finding.

Best Buy spokesman Jeff Shelman said the company is committed to providing a safe shopping experience for customers and a safe working environment for employees.

He said the items blocking the door at the Brooklyn store were removed promptly.
