LOVELL, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming State Patrol says about 2,500 gallons of hot oil has spilled from a tanker truck that crashed on Wyoming 310 about 5 miles south of Lovell.

The driver was treated and released at a Lovell hospital after the Tuesday morning crash.

The patrol says the oil has been contained and no waterways are threatened.

Authorities identified the driver as Bruce Siggard. The patrol says he was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

The oil was being transported from a refinery in Billings, Mont., to Salt Lake City.
