PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - A 26-year-old Pascagoula man has been indicted on charges of murder and aggravated assault in connection with a deadly shooting in January 2013 and will remain jailed without bond pending trial.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1eINm04 ) Adrian Orville Moore appeared before Circuit Court Judge Robert Krebs on Monday, where he pleaded not guilty to the two felony charges. His trial was tentatively set for March 3.

His bond on those charges was previously set at a total of $1 million and a prior bond on an unrelated felony charge was revoked.

Moore is accused in the Jan. 20, 2013, shooting death of Hardy Parker Jr. He’s also accused of shooting and injuring Parker’s brother, Alfred Durden.
