WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police are investigating a home invasion in Wilmington in which two men allegedly knocked on a home’s door and then forced their way inside.

Police say it happened Saturday around 2:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Springer Street. Police say when a 21-year-old man opened the door two men displayed a handgun and forced their way inside. The men took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled.

Police described one suspect as 6 feet tall, between 25 and 29 years old, and wearing dark jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt and black Adidas shoes. The second suspect is described as between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was wearing dark colored jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.
