WINOOSKI, Vt. (AP) - Police in Winooski, Vt., are searching for a woman who robbed a convenience store at gunpoint.

Police say the woman walked into the Winooski Falls Market and Deli, through the rear door, just before 7 p.m. Saturday. She was displaying a gun.

The woman’s face was covered by a bandanna. She demanded cash from the clerk and fled. There was no word of injuries.

A K-9 unit was called in to track the woman, but was unsuccessful.
