THIBODAUX, La. (AP) - The Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office says an argument over whose pit bull was better ended in bloodshed after one man went home to get a shotgun and fired into the other man’s car.
The Daily Comet (https://bit.ly/1moSY04 ) reports that 29-year-old Nicholas Queen was booked Monday with attempted first-degree murder. He’s being held in lieu of $250,000 bond.
A news release says a 25-year-old man was hit in the thigh. His vehicle then crashed into a pickup truck. The truck’s three occupants suffered minor injuries.
It was unclear whether Queen has an attorney.
