MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) - Police in Muskogee says an 18-year-old man has been arrested in the shooting death of a Muskogee man.

Officer Michael Mahans told reporters that 30-year-old Richard Kosterlizky was shot to death about midnight Wednesday.

The 18-year-old was taken to the Muskogee County jail - but court records indicated that he had not been charged as of Thursday.

Police say the teenager and the victim had an ongoing dispute and that the victim’s girlfriend was the mother of the suspect’s girlfriend.
