PHOENIX (AP) - A teacher at a Phoenix high school is in custody for allegedly having sexual contact with two former students on campus last year.

Phoenix police say 41-year-old Carlos Pineda Borja was arrested Thursday.

He’s being held on suspicion of two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, one count of molestation of a child and one count of sexual abuse.

Police say Borja was still teaching at Morris K. Udall School at the time of his arrest.

They say he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with two former students on campus during school hours during the 2012-2013 school year.

Police didn’t immediately release the ages of the two girls and they didn’t know if Borja has an attorney yet.
