BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Authorities say a 54-year-old man whose body was found in a Boulder creek died of hypothermia associated with acute intoxication.

The Daily Camera reports (https://bit.ly/1enhHO8 ) Boulder County Coroner Emma Hall has ruled that Terry Allen Cooper’s death was accidental. A construction worker found the Boulder man’s body in a shallow stream near Pearl Parkway the morning of Nov. 26.

Police at the time said they did not suspect foul play in the case.
