YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) - Three people have been charged in northeast Ohio in connection with the theft of a police officer’s Glock semi-automatic weapon.

Youngstown police arrested the trio a week ago and they were locked up after a court appearance.

The weapon belonging to a Boardman police officer was stolen from his girlfriend’s Youngstown home.

According to The Vindicator of Youngstown (bit.ly/1hTqStU), charges against the suspects include carrying a concealed weapon, burglary and possession.

Officers who made the traffic stop for people fighting inside also found an electronic stun gun, police-issued chemical spray and bags of suspected marijuana.
