TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Oklahoma U.S. Rep. Jim Bridenstine says his guest at Tuesday’s State of the Union address will be the father of one of the four people killed in the Benghazi attack.

Bridenstine says his guest will be Charles Woods, the father of Ty Woods. The Republican congressman says he’s honored to host “the father of a true hero.”

Ty Woods was one of four people killed in the September 2012 attack on the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya.

Bridenstine is backing a measure that calls for a U.S. House select committee to investigate the deadly attack.
