AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) - Two former Maine teachers have been indicted on sex charges involving children.

The cases involving Patrik Ian Arsenault of Jefferson and David Morissette of Winslow are unrelated.

The Kennebec Journal (https://bit.ly/1ljlpRZ ) reports the 27-year-old Arsenault was indicted on 13 charges, including four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Authorities allege he sexually assaulted two boys at a camp in Belgrade. Arsenault was a special education teacher, but the alleged victims were not his students. His lawyer says the charges will be addressed when appropriate.

The 44-year-old Morrissette, a former teacher at Lawrence High School, was indicted on two counts of unlawful sexual contact with a female relative between the ages of 11 and 14.

His lawyer says he denies the charges.

Both men are scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 11.
