SALEM, N.H. (AP) - Police in Salem, N.H., are investigating three drug overdoses in the city.

Police found a man and a woman in a vehicle unconscious and not breathing on Monday afternoon. They were taken to hospitals in Boston, where the 21-year-old man was revived and is in stable condition. The 20-year-old woman was in critical condition in a coma.

Police believe the two bought heroin in Lawrence, Mass., and snorted it on the way to Salem.

On Tuesday afternoon, police found a 21-year-old man unconscious and not breathing at a different address in Salem. Paramedics performed life-saving measures and took him to a local hospital, where he was recovering.

Police say it is believed that the man is acquainted with the couple from Monday.
