LEBANON, Ohio (AP) - Two 19-year-old men have been arraigned on aggravated murder charges in the slaying of an 18-year-old southwest Ohio man whose body was dumped several counties away.

Maj. John Burke (BUR’-kee) with the Warren County sheriff’s department says Timothy Mosley and Austin Myers were arraigned Thursday in municipal court in Lebanon. They’re being held without bond.

Burke says they’re accused of killing 18-year-old Justin Back and burglarizing the Waynesville home Back shared with his parents. Authorities believe Back was choked, stabbed and shot.

A court official said no attorneys were listed for Mosley and Myers.

Burke says Mosley, who’s from Dayton, and Myers, who is homeless, allegedly took a safe and a gun from Back’s home Tuesday. Burke says authorities found Back’s body Wednesday in rural Preble County, north of Dayton.
