ATLANTA (AP) - Metro Atlanta’s rapid transit system is operating most bus and train service on Friday after it was limited due to this week’s ice and snow storm.
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority said trains are being run on a modified scheduled Friday morning and will end at the regular time, 1:30 a.m. on Saturday. Officials said average wait times for train arrivals would range from 10 to 30 minutes throughout the day.
MARTA said that with higher temperatures and clearer roads expected, MARTA buses will also be following a full, weekday schedule on all routes.
Bus service was expected to run until 2 a.m. on Saturday.
