CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) - Authorities have identified the 17-year-old swept away in a Cedar Rapids storm drain after heavy rainfall flooded the system.

Cedar Rapids authorities say rescuers resumed searching for Logan Blake Tuesday morning.

Fast-moving water swept Blake into a drain on the ground of an elementary school Monday evening.

A second teen, 17-year-old David Bliss, tried to rescue Blake and was carried more than a mile through the storm drain system to Cedar Lake.

Bliss was able to walk to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

A third teen who was with the other boys, 16-year-old Jacob Spurrell, flagged down a driver and asked that person to call 911.
