LEAD, S.D. (AP) - The city of Lead has established a parks improvement reserve fund.

The Black Hills Pioneer reports (https://bit.ly/1A2OMga) that the fund was sparked by plans to replace the restroom facility at the city’s Manuel Brothers Park.

City officials approved a plan to move $59,000 from the general fund to the new reserve, and put all $10,000 from the city’s bridge fund into the account.

There are no longer any bridges left within city limits.
