DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - A 19-year-old man has been shot to death in Durham, the city’s second shooting death of a teen in less than 60 hours.

Police said officers responding to a call of a shooting found Derek Huggins Jr. dead in a yard. He was shot several times.

Investigators don’t have a motive for the shooting, or any suspects.



Authorities said an 18-year-old man was shot to death outside another home in Durham on Wednesday afternoon. No arrests have been made in that homicide.
