WASHINGTON, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say two men are in critical condition after their speeding sports car crashed on a Hudson Valley road and burst into flames.

State police say 46-year-old Pablo Cisilino of Manhattan was driving a 2013 Ferrari convertible at an excessive speed around 4:15 p.m. Sunday when he crashed on a curve in the rural Dutchess County town of Washington, 75 miles north of New York City.

His car skidded for about 200 feet, left the road and hit two trees before landing back on the road and bursting into flames.

Troopers say Cisilino and 38-year-old Sebestian Pane of Argentina suffered severe burns over 70 percent of their bodies. A spokesman for Westchester Medical Center says both men remain in critical condition Tuesday.
