PEORIA, Ariz. (AP) - A man is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder in the shooting death of his older brother in Peoria.

Peoria police say 39-year-old Christopher Wasar also is accused of burglary.

It was unclear Monday if he has an attorney yet.

Police say it appears Wasar forced his way into the apartment where his brother was staying early Saturday and an argument ensued before the shooting.

Arriving police officers say they found 42-year-old Matthew Wasar on the ground in front of the apartment complex with a gunshot wound.

He was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.
