SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - The Spokane City Council adopted two ordinances Monday night to regulate food trucks.
The ordinances require a $60 permit and that mobile food vendors have permission from established businesses within 50 feet.
The president of the Greater Spokane Food Truck Association, Joile Farral, told KXLY (https://bit.ly/1nBd2wq) the association worked with the city to reach a good compromise.
A survey of downtown businesses will create a map of where food trucks can park.
