LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Gov. Mike Beebe has announced his intent to grant nine pardons to people convicted of various crimes in Arkansas.
The nine include Tracey Green of Cabot; Ronnie Hayes of Star City; Billy Johns of Hot Springs; Edward Joseph of Prescott; Nathan Lee of Stuttgart; Mary Odom of Little Rock; Tony Ratliff of Pine Bluff; Linda Renfro of Chidester; and Ellis Tidwell of Fordyce.
Beebe’s office says the nine have completed all jail time, fulfilled all parole-and-probationary requirements and paid all fines. There is a 30-day waiting period for public feedback before final action on the pardons is taken. The office says there have been no law enforcement objections filed to the planned pardons.
