RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) - A Riverton man is dead from the beating he suffered with a claw hammer and Fremont County prosecutors have filed criminal charges against three people.

The Riverton Ranger reports (https://bit.ly/1cQITut ) that prosecutors identified the dead man as Richard Longsoldier of Riverton. Authorities say he died from injuries he suffered Friday night at a trailer park in Riverton.

Prosecutors charged 29-year-old George Jr. Littlethunder III and his sister, 30-year-old Delight Estelle Sunrhodes, with second-degree murder. Both Littlethunder and Sunrhodes are from Arapahoe. Prosecutors also charged 27-year-old Craig Brian C’Bearing of Ethete with being an accessory after the fact of second-degree murder.

Circuit Court Judge Wesley Roberts on Monday set bail at $1 million cash for Littlethunder and Sunrhodes and at $500,000 cash for C’Bearing.
