Ronald Shoopman has been appointed to replace outgoing Regent Dennis DeConcini, whose term expired in January.

Meanwhile, William Ridenour will succeed outgoing regent Anne Mariucci.

Shoopman has been president of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council since 2004.
