CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Lexi Taylor had 19 points and Keyser scored the final nine points of the game to beat North Marion 63-57 in the girls Class AA quarterfinals Wednesday.

Katie Hoban added 12 points, Katlynn Tichnell and Brooke Staggers scored 11 apiece and Lexi Carr had 10 points for Keyser.

Anna Marie Moscufo led third-seeded North Marion (20-4) with 16 points and freshman Presley Tuttle added 14.

Noca Singleton’s tip-in with 3:04 left in the game put North Marion ahead 57-54, but the Huskies didn’t score again.

Tichnell started the decisive late run for Keyser with a 3-pointer to tie the game. Taylor then sank four free throws and Carr made two from the line to seal the win.

Sixth-seeded Keyser (24-2) is making its first appearance in the tournament.
