HANNOVER, Germany (AP) - Hannover says striker Mame Diouf will miss the remainder of the Bundesliga season after shoulder surgery.
Diouf’s contract expires at the end of the season and the Senegal striker has so far declined to sign an extension, meaning he may never play for the club again.
Diouf was injured in last week’s match against Bayer Leverkusen and had surgery Friday on his right shoulder.
