ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) - Bo Fries scored six of his 18 points in the fifth overtime as Langford Area outlasted White River 62-54 in a consolation game at the South Dakota Class B boys basketball tournament.

Langford Area (22-3) scored the first 10 points of the fifth overtime and outscored the Tigers 11-3.

The game was tied at 39 at the end of regulation. The teams then took turns missing shots or turning the ball over at the end of the next four overtimes. Neither team scored in the third overtime period, and each scored just two in the fourth.

Drew Planteen scored 19 points, Fries added 18 points and Zach Punt had 15 for the Lions.

Justin Folkerts and Tavis Burbank each scored 14 for White River (19-6). Tre Iyotte added 12.
