SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - The state’s attorney general says two southeast South Dakota men have been arrested on charges that they solicited a minor.

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley says 24-year-old Elijah Wilson and 22-year-old James Anthony Murphy each have been charged with one count of solicitation of a minor.

The charge is a class 4 felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.

It was not immediately clear if the Sioux Falls men have legal representation. They were arrested during an undercover operation between March 20 and March 22 in Minnehaha County.
