YORK, Pa. (AP) - An eastern Pennsylvania man charged with killing two men during a botched drug deal has been arrested in New York City after several months on the lam.
York police said 22-year-old Laquan “Q’’ Pierrelouis was arrested Wednesday and is awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
He is charged with criminal homicide in the Nov. 23 killing of 23-year-old Braydon Aldinger and 26-year-old Derek Ferree.
Police said a drug deal degenerated into a fight, during which Pierrelouis shot the victims.
A second suspect, 21-year-old Dejerek “Diego” Smallwood, was arrested in December. He is being held without bail and is awaiting trial on criminal homicide, conspiracy and drug charges.
