SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (AP) - A 66-year-old driver has died after a collision in northeast Nebraska.

The Nebraska State Patrol says the accident occurred around 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 77 and Atokad Drive on the south side of South Sioux City. The patrol says M. Lynn Moes, of Dakota City, was driving west when her car was struck by a northbound sport utility vehicle.

Authorities say Moes died at the scene. The other driver was not hurt.

The collision is being investigated.
