JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) - A Sitka-based Coast Guard petty officer accused of aggravated sexual contact was acquitted during a court-martial.

Petty Officer 3rd Class William Bisel had been charged with two violations of a section of the Uniform Code of Military Justice covering sexual assault.

The Coast Guard says a panel Friday found him not guilty.
