DURHAM, N.H. (AP) - A former University of New Hampshire student has been charged in connection to a Peeping Tom case in which police say he broke into a dormitory room and made video recordings in female bathrooms.

Police say 18-year-old Kewej Chen of China has been charged with burglary, attempted burglary, two counts of violation of privacy, and criminal trespass.

Officials say Chen was enrolled at UNH at the time of the incidents but is no longer a student there.

Foster’s Daily Democrat reports (https://bit.ly/1dDk2e3 ) that he was being held on $15,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday. It was not immediately known if he is being represented by a lawyer.
