LAUREL, Md. (AP) - Police are searching for a man who apparently struck and killed another man with his SUV during a fight in Laurel.

Police say 24-year-old Matthew Cavin was struck by the SUV, thrown under a parked vehicle and died during the incident Friday night. The fight broke out on South Arbory Lane and spilled out into a parking lot.

Laurel police identified the suspect as 27-year-old Antione Cauley. Witnesses say Cauley hit Cavin and then fled the scene with a woman. His SUV is described as white or champagne in color. It may be a Ford Expedition.

Police are asking any witnesses to come forward with information.
