ATHENS, Greece (AP) - Nelson Valdez scored in the 84th minute to lead already-crowned champion Olympiakos to a 1-0 victory over Aris in the Greek league Sunday.

The win kept Olympiakos 17points clear of second-place PAOK, which recovered from an early deficit to beat newcomer Kalloni 2-1.

Aris, 11 points behind second-to-last Platanias with two rounds to play, has already been relegated. Despite that, they tried hard to keep a clean sheet by packing in the defense.

Elsewhere, Apollon beat host Panthrakikos 3-2, Ergotelis defeated Giannena 1-0 and Levadiakos beat OFI 2-1.
