KEARNEY, Neb. (AP) - Three teenagers who escaped from a youth detention center in central Nebraska over the weekend are back in custody facing new charges.

NTV reports (https://bit.ly/1gIwmcf ) the three boys - ages 14, 16 and 16 - escaped from the Kearney Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center Sunday night.

Two of the boys were arrested Sunday, but the third wasn’t caught until Monday morning.

When police found the third teen shortly before 10 a.m. Monday, he was armed with a knife. So officers used a stun gun to subdue the 16-year-old before arresting him.

That teen was evaluated at a Kearney hospital before being taken to jail.
